Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using Infinity Stars. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. Questions? Email support@infinitystars.co.

1. The Service

Infinity Stars provides an AI-powered A-Level Mathematics revision platform that generates exam-style questions, mock papers, and worked solutions (the “Service”). The Service is intended for students aged 16 and above preparing for A-Level Mathematics examinations in England and Wales.

AI-generated content disclaimer: All questions, solutions, and explanations are generated by artificial intelligence and provided for revision purposes only. Content may occasionally contain errors. Always cross-reference with official exam board materials. Infinity Stars accepts no liability for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

2. Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

One account per person. You may not share your account credentials with any other person. We enforce a single active session policy — signing in on a new device automatically signs out all other sessions. If we detect account sharing, we may suspend or terminate the account without refund.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before subscribing.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

7-Day Trial — £5
  • Full access for 7 calendar days from payment
  • Limited to 5 AI question generations and 1 mock paper during the trial period
  • After 7 days, automatically converts to Infinity Stars Pro at £35/month unless cancelled beforehand
  • The £5 trial fee is non-refundable once you have accessed the Service
Infinity Stars Pro — £35/month or £348/year
  • Up to 30 AI question generations per day
  • Up to 5 mock papers per day
  • Access to all exam boards, topics, and platform features
Student Pro — £20/month or £180/year
  • Same limits as Infinity Stars Pro
  • Available exclusively to students enrolled in Infinity Stars tutoring
  • Requires a valid tutoring access code provided at enrolment

All prices are in GBP. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Important — auto-renewal: By starting a trial or subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the end of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. We will send a reminder email at least 3 days before your trial converts to a paid subscription.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect it again. If payment continues to fail, your account access will be suspended until payment is resolved.

5. Cancellation Policy

How to cancel: Cancel at any time from your Account page (“Manage billing”) or by emailing support@infinitystars.co.

What happens when you cancel: You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be taken. Your account then reverts to no-access status.

Trial cancellation: Cancel your trial before 7 days and you will not be charged the £35/month subscription. The £5 trial fee remains charged.

6. Refund Policy

14-day statutory cooling-off right: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, if you have accessed digital content (generated questions, mock papers, or solutions) during this period, your right to a full refund is lost for content already accessed, in accordance with Regulation 37.

In practice:

  • 7-Day Trial (£5): Non-refundable once you have logged in and accessed the Service. If you have not accessed any content, contact us within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
  • Monthly subscriptions: If you have not accessed the Service during a billing period and contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge, we will issue a full refund for that period at our discretion.
  • Annual subscriptions: Non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period. Pro-rata refunds for unused months may be issued at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
  • Elite Mentorship programme: Subject to a separate written agreement and refund terms communicated at the time of booking.

To request a refund, email support@infinitystars.co with your account email and reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

7. The Elite Mentorship Guarantee

The Infinity Performance System is offered with a “2 grade improvement in 90 days” commitment. The following conditions apply:

  • A “grade” refers to one step on the A-Level grade scale: U, E, D, C, B, A, A*
  • The guarantee applies to students who complete all scheduled sessions and assigned work throughout the 90-day programme
  • Grade improvement is measured against a baseline assessment taken at the start
  • If you complete the programme in good faith without achieving a 2-grade improvement, we will continue working with you at no additional charge until your exam date
  • The guarantee does not apply if sessions are missed or work is not completed
  • Places are offered by application only. Acceptance is at our sole discretion.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service using your account
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate questions or access the Service in bulk
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content from the Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our prompts or AI systems
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Upload avatar images or profile content that is offensive, defamatory, or illegal

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

The Infinity Stars platform, its design, branding, and underlying systems are our intellectual property. AI-generated questions and solutions are provided for your personal revision use only and may not be reproduced or distributed commercially.

You retain ownership of content you create (profile information, uploaded photos). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as part of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

  • We provide the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate or suitable for your specific exam
  • We are not liable for loss of data, missed exam grades, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service
  • Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in that period

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You may close your account at any time from your Account settings or by emailing support@infinitystars.co. Deletion removes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
